This notice covers ivedic.net and the iVedic apps for iPhone and iPad. iVedic is the iPhone app. iVedic for iPad is the iPad app. “We” means Agni Systems & Dev., Inc..
1. What you enter
A profile is a first name, a last name, and a date of birth. The apps store that on your device and use it to calculate the numbers. They do not ask for a time of birth or a place of birth. There is no account and no sign-in.
2. Where it stays
Readings stay on the device. We do not run a server that stores your name, date of birth, or readings.
3. Crash reports on iPhone
The iPhone app uses Google Firebase for crash reports and basic usage events, so we can see when the app fails. That report does not include the name or date of birth you saved. Firebase’s own policy applies to that diagnostic data.
4. Purchases
The App Store handles the purchase. We do not see your payment card.
5. This website
If you email support@ivedic.net, we receive the address and the message you send. We use that to answer you, and we keep it as long as we need for that reply and our ordinary records. The site does not ask you to create an account.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. A reading leaves the device only if you share it yourself, or if the law requires us to disclose it.
7. Children
The apps and this site are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
8. Your choices
- Delete a profile in the app
- Uninstall the app to remove what it stored on that device
